Why did Ranbir Kapoor win best debut award for Saawariya?

Shri Abhijeet Bhattacharya was saying on a show that Amir Khan widely promoted his nephew and even got him awards after his debut but if I'm not wrong, Ranbir won most of the awards for best debut as well in that year and why did he win that? Saawariya was a flop movie and Ranbir's acting was substandard but I dont see Shri Abhijeet Saab attacking Ranbir Kapoor or Rishi Kapoor. Why?

Why Ranbir kept on getting opportunities after opportunities even though when it was made clear that he could only do one dimensional heartbroken young guy's role in every movie (except Barfi)?

Ranbir got Best debut awards against Neil Nitin Mukesh, who was much better in his debut and it was also a successful film and not a disaster like Saawariya.

Ranbir is/can be a good actor, however. It's his choices that are poor in nature.

Neil Nitin Mukesh another tragedy of BW. What an amazing actor he is/was, Look at his performances in JG, NY, Jail etc but he was never given a proper chance bc he was not a part of KJo camp.

When you give best debut awards to Ranbir, Alia, Jhanhvi, Ananya then you lose trust in these bollywood awards. All their performances were cringe-worthy and they were many other deserving people but they were all ignored - classic bollywood. I don't think public really cares about these crap shows anymore - everyone knows these are pre-planned and bought by Karans, Bhatts, Ranveers of the industry.. I mean if you look at last year Filmfare awards it shows you how credible it is. It was absolutely pathetic and big joke then you realise KJ was jury member then it all makes sense. They discourage bright young talent year after year. They completely ignore small budget movies even if it was critically acclaimed. I don't even watch pathetic bollywood awards anymore - not at all entertaining, just cringe worthy acts and awards to the most undeserving person in the category

Neil, Abhay, Imran are stuck in between. Na ghar ke na ghaat ke.

They cant say they are outsiders but don't get favours from insiders either.

Imran did work in films opposite Kareena, Sonam and all. But koi fayda hua nahi. He just could not make it. Unlike Abhishek he didn't keep getting films. Abhishek bhi gayab tha beech me, ab hez making a comeback.

Then there are others like Uday Chopra jisko uske papa ki company YRF bhi nahi bacha paayi.
