What are the ethics of falling in love with your patient? And a patient in a mental health setting where you know how they think, their weaknesses etc and not a regular doctor who may have seen a x-ray or a brain scan, lol.

It's malpractice to indulge in a personal relationship with one's patient in the UK. Certainly don't know about Pakistan.
