It was Kangana who brought it up . She was the one who was paid a a shit ton of money for a movie (Which I wondered how it happened in nepo world) Film flopped and she needed someone to blame 😊

I am not saying relatives.. We are talking about outsiders here... The people i have mentioned are not Salman's relatives or were his friends when he gave them a chance... I am not saying Salman is not a part of nepotism but he is not as bad as Karan

Nepotism exists is every field not just bollywood and there is nothing wrong in supporting family or friends... But what is wrong is depriving more worthy people from the job by using power

So now people in this forum are trying to divert attention for KJO and his gang using every name in the industry

Salman Khan Production company was established only to produce movies for Salman himself so he could be cast as the lead in each and every one of these movies...maybe 3 movies he made under his banner and he casted his family members and friends and all didn't do well

The big banners in Bollywood are Dharma Productions, YRF, T Series, Nadiadwala Entertainment, Reliance Entertainment, Vinod Chopra Films, and Fox Star Studios

Look at the movies these companies made and see who they cast in their movies

Wished T-Series offered him movies or YRF continued to support him...only God knows who was working behind close doors to snatch roles form him

Its because when a tragedy hits......you can see both the best and the worst of the humans come out......Some people are hell bent on proving that they can go very very low....they are using Sushant's demise to further their own agenda....kissi se khunnas nikalne ka time yahi hai....😳...everybody is trying to find something against someone they hate...even if it may be harmless..

Arey bhai salman ki khud production house...uski marzi if he bans someone and hires someone...outsider doesn’t mean everyone should hire him and do aarti everyday..(.not to forget salman did introduced many outsiders though..)

It becomes an issue when Salman starts replacing talented outsiders with his untalented cronies be it an insider/outsider. I’m not talking about in his productions, he can waste his money all he wants but when an award show is just him, Sooraj, Aayush and Jacqueline performing these people are taking spots of people that are actually talented and deserving.

I cant believe I'm writing something in defence of Salman but I don't think him getting his cronies to perform at award shows has got anything to do with insider vs outsider. Salman got his friends son's insider Arjun Kapoor kicked out of hosting an award show just because he had a fallout with Boney and Arjun over the Malla issue. When he dislikes someone he dislikes them insider, outsider, does not matter to him.

Salman uses his power to positively and negatively effect people’s career based on his own personal like and dislike, that’s abusing your power. He arm twisted to remove Arjun because he has a problem with him and he arm twists to get Aayush, Sooraj etc to perform.

It’s not about insider or outsiders for Salman, it’s his own ego trip.
