Its hard for so many people to go for therapy

But must say you all are really strong

:) I won't say I went into the deepest levels of it, because I didn't. And that's why I would never underestimate an actual depressed person.

A person to listen their thoughts, sorrow and love

They have to know that they have people who pushes them to survive

A person in depression doesnt want

Its okay we will go to the psychiatrist

What they want is

It doesnt matter if you are depressed

I will be there for you

Because all afternoon I couldn't take my mind off this. How much it'd have took for him or any one to take such a step? And people are asking why. Everyone sees how unfair it is, but I see people rarely thinking about him, that he was in a stage were he felt death was actually better than life. And NO, depression doesn't need a reason!

When someone suicides its not that they are scared and coward running from the fight of the life

Its just that they feel they dont have anyone for whom fighting will be worth it

Suicide isnt the option agreed but it wont be an option if you are there for that person

If you cant be there then you cant say anything

But today she connects with him over his death

She understands

He's been part of films I really adore. But this death disturbs me more than anything. I was heart broken at Irrfan's death but this one, this one got into me so much. Somehow I feel we failed him. :( It's ridiculous but I feel so.

We're planning to upload that video in YT & Insta
