Both Arnav and Khushi didn't have a normal childhood and felt an unwanted longing for their parents' love and warmth which has been deprived of for them. One turned bitter because of the experience she faced in her life and the other hid it with his happy go face. Arnav opening himself to Khushi makes her understand him better. This trip is emotionally bonding them together who had a painful childhood.

We can't term Khushi's feelings when she learnt that Arnav studied in an all boys school and he learnt to flirt during his college, as jealousy but, it won't take long before it turns in to jealousy. Can we safely assume that neither Lavanya nor Arnav were looking for a companion in the other?

Khushi and Arnav found they are similar and they were deprived of parents' love all through their lives. Arnav's parents went a step ahead, kept their biological son away from them and adopted a girl and gave all their love to her. Yet, Arnav and Khushi never blamed their parents for their loneliness.

Hope they find solace in each other soon.

Both of them have shared similar childhood... Neglected n feeling unwanted by parents.. Dard ka rishta is what we can say they share.. Quite an emotional update

It was a fantastic chapter. The next outing Arnav took kushi and lavanya was to his school in Pune where he studied .This visit to Arnav’s school proved to be an eye opener for kushi , while he was giving them a tour not only of his school but also his classroom he was reminiscing his days he spent in the boarding school it reminded kushi how both their childhoods were similar in terms of suffering .

kushi realized not only she but Arnav also was an unwanted child and faced loneliness in his childhood ,he craved for his parents love which he never received. When he came of age in the name of better education his parents sent him to a boarding school, but never visited him .I t’s an irony of fate they never loved Arnav but adopted a girl and filled her life with love. Arnav’s parents looks like never got along well with each other, they were poles apart but in this later schooling years his father would visit him, so also Arnav seems to be closer to his father than mother.

But we can see the difference in Arnav and kushi;’s personality both of their childhoods were similar but Arnav with his education and being in the city despite his sufferings he today is a happy go lucky man and is ready to face life but kushi’s past has made her bitter but looks like in the days ahead he and kushi are going to bond well at least emotionally because on that level kushi can connect with him very well.

What did his father mean by he couldn't face him? was it because of guilt over how his son was being raised?

Loved the chapter. Arnav opening up about his childhood. He also has a lonely past like Khushi. Both bonding over their past tragic life. Thank you for the pm.
