Ghanta Acquired. Most of them are their own films that they are transfer pricing to Hotstar. They don't want to burn their hands like they did last time with UTV.

fox has been giving flops since last year. shikha has left fox for eros.. their film production unit seemsnot in good shape, so they they took this measure.
