Yes. Bushra is a a star and her husband seems to be very annoyed with her stardom sometimes. Babar Ali plays a friend of Bushras husband and a businessman. Asad Siddiqui plays Bushras son. These 3 are a happy family for the most part from the outside as the father does not say anything about his wife in front of Asad 😃. They didn’t have many important scenes; there is one main scene where Bushra husband leaves to go to a funeral, and that person who dies is the dad of Zoya Nasir. I am not sure what her character is, as they didnt delve into it at all. However it is not as glamorous of a look as in Deewangi, or even Hania for that matter. I think Zoya’s character will be in depth more later in the show, as current focus is the main family.

Zara is the daughter of Asma. Asma was a tawaif and her husband married her against everyones will but Zara does not know she was a tawaif.. which is why when asma’s husband’s brother makes comments, she is left confused 🤓.The black beard man is son in law of qavi khan and husband of sadaf. Asma's husband is nephew of qavi khan.

I’m still confused about Qavi Khan’s character in the show. I think Asma’s in-laws are all peer sahabs and religious people so they still do not like Asma, as she was a tawaif. Zara plays a happy go lucky girl for the most part. Basically 90% of Asma scenes in the episode involved her being taunted for her past, and her daughter being shut up for being so happy. There was not much interaction between Qavi and Zara however; mostly Qavi had his own scenes with Asma’s father in law. There is also another character, played by Adnan Shah Tipu. He was also barely told about in depth, we see that he wants to get married for a third time to Zara and he forces his second wife against the will to sign the papers. I feel his character, along with Zoya’s will be looked at later.

However I feel this show had a boring first episode. I felt there was something missing from the show. Maybe it was the dialogues not catching on or just a slow first episode. My mother fears this will be another Deewar-e-Shab with messy storylines and no end to it which I hope is not the case 😆.

However, I will give it a try for 1-2 more episodes. It might be slow until Zara-Asma meet Bushra and Zara becomes a star, maybe then it will get interesting. However for now, it didn’t seem as promising as it did in promos; maybe because they promoted the story that would be after various episodes, because at the speed they are going it seems that Zara’s stardom won’t be seen for a while 😕.

First episode was ok. They have introduced so many characters in a single episode. Bushra, shabbir and asad are small but not so happy family. Babar ali is their family friend. The most weird thing for me was when the munshi of shabbir jan dying he said to his daughter k theek hai and when is died his daughter zoya nasir said khuda hafiz abba muhje jeena ataa hai. Matlab it was so weird.

It takes me too long to understand zara's family relationship. So asma's husband is qavi's nephew he was first engaged with qavi's daughter sadaf but he married asma who was a tawaiff. Zara is there daughter. Qavi's daughter sadaf is married to iqbal hussain who is narrow minded person and he always taunts asma about her background. He is gadi nasheen.

The story will get interesting when zara will come to bushra's place. I hope they will handle is wisely not like deewar e shab.

It was bit confusing bcoz they introduced so many characters in a single episode.

This drama was not my type...i think bushra ansari has written it so it will probably be a disaster like mere dard ko jo zubaan mile lol

i only enjoyed Bushras scenes the rest of them are boring so far

and that creepy guy from TYKN is in this drama too with the same kind of acting 😂
