Ch-17 :'A Hickey'

Mini's body was in slumber when someone started knocking the door continuously. Mini somehow woke up and got out of the bed sluggishly.

She somehow opened the door still thinking who came so early morning to disturb her from her dreams of Neil.

"Surprise!!!!", Babita exclaimed as she and Hanuman singh hugged her wished.

Mini welcomed them with gritted teeth. Though she was happy but her instinct kept warning her some danger. She knew some mess is on its way. But she convinced herself that now she can make them meet Neil and convince them for their relationship.

As soon as Babita entered the house, she began scolding for the ways she has kept the house and for her management skills. Mini just sighed in fraustration.

"Listen. I've decided to arrange a small party on your birthday at home. So do invite your friends" , Babita ordered.

"Friends?", Minni said in confusion as she had never told her about them specially the names but Minni stayed stunned with the fact that Babita mentioned them correctly and added to that she even mentioned Neil.

"Yeah...I had seen it in the newspaper", informed Babita

"Ohh", Minni remembered her trip to Mysore for the launch event where media had clicked several pictures of them specially of her with Neil before the ball party. Minni finally got it that Babita might have seen it there itself and so she does remember everyone.

"Fine mom...bye...love you", Minni said as she left for the office.

"Good morning", Preet and Mickey greeted her as soon as she stepped into the office.

Mini's smile widened on seeing them.

Finally she felt she was away from her mom's tantrums.

As she moved towards her desk, her glittery eyes landed on Neil and her automatically quirked upwards into a joyous smile.

A flashback of last night began flashing hard in her mind. She was about to go to him to atleast wish him a goodmorning when some teammates approached to her to shake their hands and wish her a birthday.

Soon Minni became busy with them and after a while she noticed that Neil has disappeared.

Minni realised that he might have gone back to his cabin.

She tried to convince her but her heart craved to meet Neil, it craved to see him, talk to him, feel him but seeing the scenario she decided to suppress her desire.

Hours passed Everyone had already wished her but Neil didn't came out.

Soon she saw Khatri coming out of his cabin. Her blood fumed up.

And she could figure out anything she saw Khatri coming towards her. She quickly buried her head into the laptop as if to avoid him on this precious day.

"Happy birthday Minni ", he wished him showing all his teeth.

"Thank you", replied Minni coldly.

"By the way Neil sir has called you in his cabin", Khatri said with gritted teeth and laughingly he left.

Minni kept thinking of all the poisons Khatri must have fed in Neil's mind against her about their fight.

Anger kept fuming up in her mind until she reached Neil's cabin.

She waited till her knock was answered.

"Come in ", said Neil with her head burried in some files.

"You called me", asked Minni wondering who will reply her boss or her boyfriend.

"Yes birthday girl", said Neil as he looked up at her.

"See Neil...it wasn't my fault . It was Khatri who triggered me and lit up the fight. I swear I had asked him politely to shut his clap off but he just kept blabbering all rubbish...", Minni said in one go..

"Uff... U can't stay quiet right?", Complaint Neil to which Minni just pouted her lips out.

Neil couldn't help smiling at her childish antic.

He just laughed.

"What?", Asked Minni with her pouted face.

"Mr. Khatri has complaint about u", said Neil still smiling at her face.

"Huh", Minni just turned her face away.

"Yes.. seems like Miss Minni is turning violent day by day...", Said Neil

"Hmm...this is not good"

Minni turned up towards him raising her slightly arched eyebrows.

"You should get some punishment for this or else u will.....", Said Neil as he moved more closer to her slided his hand over her waist.

Mini gasped. She raised her eyebrows as if insisting him to explain.

"Or else", she asked breathlessly.

"Or else", repeated Neil moving more closer.

"Or else ...someday I'll sure land into some difficult situation", he completed.

They both collapse into laughter , the hilarity of the moment finally catching up with them.

Minni grabbed onto the wall for support and they both trailed off, breathing hard from adrenaline.

Looking up into his eyes, Minni could see adventure, and she loved it.

"You know what...

The taste of your return gift has still been lingering into my flesh", whispered Neil as he pinned her onto the wall.

Minni just blushed profusely.

"You made my day" told Minni.

He puts a hand over hers resting onto the wall and she leaned into him.

His fingertips run along her neck and lift it towards his lips, which he presses into her skin a little harder than usuals.

"Since we are taking risk", he murmured.

And what he did next was so incredibly sexy that she had to remind herself to breath.

He begins with kisses and then decides that this is not enough and nips at the soft skin of her neck.

The feel of the teeth shocked her and she gasped , which is a noise that seemed to fuel his fire.

The bite becomes harder and remains mostly in the same place, heating the skin and then making it tender.

And as she digs her fingertips into his back, he swims his burning hot tongue around the area he was biting, then sucks it hard, then clenches in between his teeth once more.

"Neil", he inhaled sharply as she took his name.

Her neck burns and as he sucks the soft spot forcefully, pain and pleasure battles within her.

She grabbed his shirt pulling him closer and he makes his grip tighter.

A thrill runs down through their spine when suddenly a knock was heard.

Minni quickly distanced herself from him and began moving her hand over her hair to settle down a decent look.

"Come in", Neil ordered.

"Opps ..I'm sorry", smirked Mickey.

"Uhh", Minni said angrily.

"I think ..i think ...i should leave", stammered Minni and moved ahead.

As soon as she was about to step outside the doorframe a thought strucked hard her mind.

She turned around and said...

"By the way...mom and dad are here ...and they have planned a small party tonight ...and u both along with Preet are invited", she informed.

"Ahem... that's good. We'll be there", said Mickey and before Neil could say anything Minni left already embarrassed.

She kept thinking "did Mickey saw them like that?", When suddenly Preet rushed to her.

"Let me see...let me see", Preet chants as she leans forward and tries to part the ramparts of Minni's hair, struggling to get a good view of her neck.

Minni pushed her off and peeled back her bang to reveal the hickey.

Preet gasped.

"Bloody hell Minni. It's gigantic. Did it hurt?"

Thinking back to the way Neil held her , the want in his eyes and the jolt in pain, still made her blush.

Mini has never been the one telling this sort of story.

"Yeah..a little", Minni admitted.

"But at the same time it was like I want him to do it all harder.

"I know . Right?", I mean I remember once when I was in college and dating, we got drunk and I had three of them.

I mean, they were not half as big as that but you try having to explain them to your oh-so_strict parents", Preet sighed.

"what did you tell them?", Minni asked with a laugh on its way.

"That I had some kind of skin disease and it must have been a reaction to the perfume I wore", smirked Preet.

"I know what you are thinking:A good lie. And it was all well and good untill they compelled me to consult a doctor",

Mini laughed as she raised the tips of her finger over the raised skin. It tingled softly and blushed harder thinking of how turned on they both were.

"All thanks to Khatri", she laughed to herself.

"what did you tell them?", Minni asked with a laugh on its way.

"Mom and dad are here. Basically They wanna meet my friends and so you all are invited tonight on my birthday party", informed Minni.

"Whoa!!", That's good", said Preet.

"Untill they don't see this little gift of yours", laughed Preet and she handed over her scarf to Minni to hide it.

Minni just blushed in return.

Soon the day passed and Mini returned back home early to help Babita in arrangements.

She helped her in cooking and mainly and dishes preferred by Neil.

She adored herself well wearing an indian attire to impress Babita and mainly to hide the love bite with dupatta from Babita's sight.

She decored the house well and arranged the dinning table. Her mind kept thinking of various conversations of Babita and Neil. How she would introduce him and whether Babita would like Neil or not. How will she tell them about their relationship and will she ever get their consent.

She was highly engrossed in her thoughts suddenly the door bell rang. Minni ran to open the door and welcome Neil, Mickey and Preet together for the first time at such an occasion on the presence of her parents.

Smile widened on her face.
