12 : 45 pm , actually na.......... here we say buens tardes ( depending on the person) , some say that buenas tardes is after i had lunch ( thats afetr 2, 30 pm) or some say that is buenas tardes is after 12 pm , so kinda depends on the person,. for me , i say buenas tardes after lunch , coz till lunch i still feel morning , hhahahah
