Home and mahabharat ?

Hello everyone I want to ask as to why people think that by keeping mahabharat in the house there will be fight or is this thing only in some houses like mine or quite widespread?

It is quite common perception. While people keep Ramayana in their homes, they don't keep Mahabharata

In fact Mahabharata aired on TV around 88-90 it was the time when there were multiple clashes across the country which eventually ended in 92-93 with Babri masjid demolition and the full fledged riots that followed.

Many said that this happened because of Mahabharata airing on TV

In mahabharat from start to end there is most of time there conspiracy, politics among owns relatives ( sage sambhandi) there is property dispute among ownes relatives which lead killing each other sage sambhandi

There is rarely any peaceful moment in mahabharat . So when any read mahabharat book which is most of time full of conspiracy and politics among ownes relatives that it has influenced on readers mind too which can lead family fight among family members

May be if anyone read mahabharat book one or two times it will not have much influence on reader mind

But if anyone read mahabharat again and again then it will influence readers mind and there will be high dispute among family members

That is why mahabharat is not read in home because it throw negative energy . Not only mahabharat book even painting in which war is shown is not kept in home .
