yeah it depends on who teaches it...like i said, my former PI was the main professor teaching the course and he devised his methods to teach the course...it could be that they might have different professors teaching the same course as in the case of your sibling vs you taking the same course...my friends took the same course but because my professor was on sabbatical they got another professor & he did well too..
I did amazing in Orgo 1 but when I took Orgo 2 (adv)...I just couldn't wrap my head around it. My sister took this class taught by a different professor and she did really well. Now I shouldn't be fully blaming my prof because when I got stressed and didn't understand anything, my brain shut off and I started self-pitying myself a lot which is never the best solution. If there is a will, there is a way
