subodh bhave will b doing his solo programme with marathi katha ,natya pravesh ,hindi kathavachan for the first time on 24th may at 10pm(IST) programme is for us,uk,canda also.online ticket booking has already started.

a very smart move by d actor,as i guess after discussion with cm,he must have realised that even after lockdown gets lifted or multiplexes,theatures,shootings get start with all precutions then also its not going to b very easy ,simple,it will b very difficult formarthi industry actually even for hindi industry.

even in revent chat with prashnt damle ,he said till october, marthi plays wil not start and even if strt,its difdicult to hve full packed house nd every play dont have full booking nd every actor is not paid much night.

so i guess this is a smart move by subodh bhave.

Thanks for the info! Wodehouse and PuLa together makes it a must see. Not sure if it is available on Hotstar or Prime which I have subscribed to.

BTW for Wodehouse fans there are a lot of serials (basically Wooster series) available on YT. I have watched many of them but somehow the charm in reading the books is missing when watching the serial. When reading the books you get gudgudlya which makes you laugh out loud. I remember reading PGW on my daily Mumbai suburban rail travel and my sudden guffaws used to make fellow travelers look curiously at me.

Just watched the recently released movie Bonus on prime. A feelgood movie with Gashmeer and Pooja sawant where a rich mans grandson is challenged to slum it out for a month. These days I pick Gashmeer movies for his balanced and sober acting. Pooja in a somewhat deglam role was good too.
