I think you might find it shocking. Bra and blouse have all come in from the west. Pre Victorian and pre Mughal India, sari used to be wrapped without a blouse.

Even today some religious women consider wearing bra or blouse as foreign and specifically don't wear it for some religious events.

I'm telling you when I watched Sangam and saw Vijayanthimala in a swimsuit, I was shocked! Couldn't imagine actresses used to wear swimsuits in those days. Then later I saw Bobby. Was shocked to see the Dimple in a bikini. She looked gorgeous though I have to say. Then Mera Naam Joker and so on and so forth.
