The episode starts with Raja seeing Rani with all the love in the world. He is too mesmerized with Rani…and her hesitation my god made it all! It was so perfect to see Raja staring at her and she being shy and hesitant. The best part was Mahima’s acting. There was a perfect blend of shyness and hesitance. Moreover, that constant stare from Raja made her even more uncomfortable. I just loved Rani in here. For a person like Rani, this is something that’s a little too awkward kind of thing…and in a relationship like this, I guess this moment was a little too early…Probably it’s still like a courtship period for them, getting to know each other and falling deeply in love with each other….there is still time.
Raja then getting a little shy on seeing Rani up close and her breaking out of his gaze was another beautiful scene here. I totally loved that part of it…where Raja also was feeling awkward. It shows that he is also not ready to take this relation to the next step. Of course as the followers and lovers of RanJa we want that to happen, but personally I feel it’s too early. Again the two take the same wine glass with the candle to ease that unpleasant silence. I must say, the whole sequence was beautifully shot….That eye lock there with the track playing on background was again blissful. That rise up with the glass in handle, eyes in eyes and then coming back down to place it back again was one of my favorite pieces…there was co-ordination between the two, there was love being reflected in their eyes…moreover there was everything couple must have. And that dialogue simultaneously made the scene even more pretty….telepathy again.
My god, there is so much hesitation that I feel that they both are strangers stuck in a room with nothing to talk about also…both take the rose petals…and then drop it finding it weird to do so. Then Rani talks about the light being a little too much and Raja feels it’s a little too less…oh my goodness! They are even talking about fan being more and less. I just can’t believe these two are acting like this on their suhaagraat…good the couple who have been having amazing chemistry are acting like Mehul and Jharna for once.Thanks to the ambiance and Rani’s nighty…They did not leave the mattress also…what happened to their telepathic connection? I loved that wicked yet funny laugh here. Rani is fumbling in front of Raja and Raja is acting like he is keen in knowing all about her family and lifestyle…I wonder if people act like this if they are put in such an awkward situation. And finally Raja makes the move and stops her from talking any further…Rani just wanted to mask her uneasiness and I guess Raja has realized that there is no point acting like strangers.
Raja stops her by placing his finger on her lips…what a start to romance…I loved it. Rani talks things about sleeping on floor and all and Mr Romantic Raja is talking advantage and walking towards her and she is walking backwards. I am just waiting for them to fall on the bed. And when finally Rani kind of falls, Raja is so concerned that he forgot that he was romancing her. Rani is finding it so awkward that she is talking irrelevant things…she tells him about her problem with flowers…is it the flowers or the fact that it’s their first night and the flowers are on the bed? And then Raja asks her if she all fine…I was like someone has to teach romance to Mr Romantic only now. But that smile was enough of love. Raja then tells that they have been talking about materialistic things that are not related to them…I personally like it this way, there was a tinge of difference. Rani is still fumbling,and tries to justify, Raja stops her by holding her shoulders…giving her that support she needs.
Raja then wants then to share the tension…instead of stressing out individually. There is a beautiful eye lock and he makes her sit and then the eye lock continues. I loved it so much. My favorite scene….The way he caresses her hair, her shyness…then she shuts her eyes. The way he holds her face and then kisses her on the forehead…it was so romantic. Suddenly all the hesitation is gone and Rani shyly embraces him.
And finally we get the first official hug of RanJa. That sly smile Raja gives…the moment of eye locks and his attempt to kiss her. My god, who is the one knocking the door then…I wish they had kissed and then someone had knocked. But the way they part…I must say,they did get rid of their hesitation around each other but the feeling that they can express love openly is still not there.
The culprit to their romance is Asha. Raja finds Asha in tension…it did look like she was in some sort of tension. Rani comes with a shawl wrapped…I must say she used her brains amidst all this. Asha the kabbab mein haddi came to give sweets to the… I am sure this has to something with Utsav and the lottery money. And she leaves after feeling them…weird.
Even before they could think of romancing again, they hear Asha screaming. They run ou only to find Asha fallen and is screaming in pain. Now I realise what all plan is…she just wants that they don’t get close until she gets the money. How sick can she be…money money money…doesn’t she realise Raja truly loves Rani. Rani as Asha had expected offers to talk her to their room so that she can rest. She acts melodramatically but Rani says Asha must rest in their room. After blurting out, Rani realises that Raja might find it offensive but Raja assures her that there is nothing to worry about. I must say, this understanding was amazing. And that Thank you in the last was unnecessary but since it was there, it was good.
As expected Asha did all this purposely. I just can’t believe she could stoop so low. I find it really disgusting that she played a game of this kind. Even when RanJa are sleeping, Asha checks out on them… I am sure no one will even romance openly if their parent is in the room let alone RanJa…they have problems romancing all alone only. It’s so disgusting….joh bhi todha bahot izzat tha Asha ke liye woh bhi paani mein mil gaya.
Mr Romantic Raja who was going to kiss Rani is finding it awkward to even sleep beside her. I am shocked though…is it because Asha is there or was the kiss an impulsive attempt? Raja turns away from her to catch a bit of sleep….only to again get disturbed by music from Mehul’s room…what the hell is Mehul and Jharna doing on suhaag raat with music playing in the middle of the night. Even before raja could relax, Rani’s hand falls on his shoulder and is so creeped out. He tries moving away from her…it was funny to see Raja behaving and moving away like that. I totally loved the Rani who was trying to express her desires in sleep. Raja feeling creepier when Rani’s hands moved on him…that expression he has, it was funny. And when he says, gaana udhar and dance idhar, I was cracking up.
He holds her hands and turns to find her fast asleep. He is kinda relieved that she was in sleep. He places her hands carefully by her side and moves the mattress away. I now have a doubt if they really got married…and if Raja is so romantic.
Raja and Asha wake up by Rani alarm and her dialogue of aiya aao juta chappal utaro…I totally loved this form of Rani here. From Rani remembering about her work to remembering that she has to fill buckets of water…I truly felt that she has left behind her life and walked into a new life. Raja asks her to relax, for they have water supply 24/7, and when Rani says how you can people fill water living in such big house…I just imagined Kirtida doing so….one bucket and she would be in hospital. There is a door bell and Asha realizes it’s for her and runs out with Raja. In the process she forgot that she has faked an injury… but she covers up. Even while leaving Raja makes sure he comforts her…I loved this about him.
After a drama created by Hitank and Kirtida, Asha reveals that she is sending RanJa to Switzerland for honeymoon. Kirtida is suspicious that Asha is hiding something and she tries to instigate but Asha plays well and hides everything. Raja is so so so happy that he is going on honeymoon with Rani…finally lover boy is in form.
Rani is apprehensive…not because they are going on honeymoon but because they are flying. I tell you, Rani, Raja is there…he will be there to hold you tight and keep you safe. Raja is patiently listening…to Rani’s silly talks. Raja finally shuts her up and closes her eyes.
I totally love Raja…he is so creative…so brainy. Raja replicates the airplane environment. I just love it…it was so beautiful….everything was so perfect. And in the last they fall with Rani on Raja….I am so mesmerized by the way things are turning up. That bit when Raja makes her hair proper….my god…I have no words to express the scene…eye lock after eye lock.
My favorite episode again…it ranged from awkwardness to love and romance and back to awkwardness. They last bit remains my favorite no matter what. Excited to know if they end up in Switzerland….I am waiting for the next episode.
