To be honest it looks really cheap for actors to promote their own nominations in award functions.

It seems as if they are desperate for awards. Giving award is a sign of appreciation and respect which the jury or public should choose and give without the actors promoting /or asking for it.

And sidnaaz did promote their category once on their instagram. I remember it clearly

Yeah they promoted it once and from there only I came to know about existence of this award..otherwise I had no idea about this award show which is in its 6th season..
