really irritating but isn’t vodaphone , AirTel open .. he should have kept spare sims .. u can change ur SIM card and also change it on WhatsApp it lots of work is needed .. as people having ur previous no will get the new number details ..

Better to use alternate phones and contact known people thru insta and other social handles ..

Or better still not pick up any call .. people can leave a message and then he can decide which is genuine or fake ..
