later on i found shes from royal family of hyderabad and her dad is related to nizam and her mom is also a royal from some UP or some where
When you are a royal and as rich as nizam of hyderabad family (hes richest man in world in 1947 may be one of richest today too) you can afford good plastic surgeons
I think aditi is not 45 she is 35 years or so
She was married hence bollywood does not give her lead roles i think
Otherwise for her beauty and aesthetic acting she can easily get lead roles
She definitely has acting ability otherwise likes of mani ratnam and all will not cast her in south
