Okkay, I am not good at this but can give ideas

You know I had read a CHILDHOOG love story on arshi the author had name it love story of nav Kushi , they call each other by this name

So you can do something like that, like how mishti and abir address each other in childhood

Or some other could be

Buds blooming into love

When we didn't knew what love is

Falling innocently for you

Innocent love
