I knws its hard to manage but practise slowly. From young till now I never slept after 7am.i am always up by 6.30 atleast on weekend. Wake up, pray and sit down have some me time. Prepare some yummy breakfast and sometimes I will even finish cooking lunch so all done by 11am. Then I will shower and relax mode on.
