Despite the fact that I find these kind of dancing requests from the audience extremely annoying and cringe worthy (literally have my eyes lodged at the back of my head from the continuous eyes rolls ) - and I know celebrities probably find it tedious too (I could tell by SRK's expression that he really did not want to get up and dance (😆) - BUT I did find Randeep's refusal quite rude and abrupt. Though the girl was already humiliated herself (in my eyes) by making that request, I did feel bad on her behalf for actually getting rejected like that.

We can call it 'keeping it real' - but I think there is a certain time/place where that kind of straight forwardness is more appropriate and appreciated.

Randeep kar request reject kar rha hai toh log cool and straightforward no bakwas bol rahe hain, Shahrukh karta toh egoistic hai, stardom dimaag me chala gaya hai, arrogant hai bolte.

Randeep was too rude, personality somehow does make a difference at least in public. That's why probably SRK got all that he did and Randeep didn't.

I usually cut celebrities some slack for their mood swings but sorry this was straight up rude. He could have still refused politely but no.

Have heard several stories about Randeep and how he is a jerk in real life so this behaviour is consistent with his image.
