@Alina, haven't watched Mausam but Shahid is looking good as an air-force personnel. Will try watching it.

You need not have perfect vision for AIF but if you wish to fly planes you need to have clear vision without any specs/lenses etc.

I just rewatched the trailer because I watched this movie 7-8 years back when it came out. I can see why it flopped. The movie was OTT Dramatic (but I like drama 😆) and the pairing on Shahid-Sonam looks odd. The movie is available on Amazon Prime.

I know this movie flopped and was considered one of Shahid Kapoor's worst films in his career but the movie Mausam really showed the elegance of Air Force. Tbh I really like that movie too and Shahid acted really well so I don't know why people didn't like it. The story was good and Shahid's make/physique made him actually look like he was in the airforce. Although, I wish they had casted someone else besides Sonam Kapoor. Amrita Rao would have been better but she quit films by then. I feel that Sonam is partly responsible for the film failing because she can't act to save her life.

The only film of Sonam Kapoor I ever liked is Neerja and it's due to the story not Sonam.

Frankly speaking, I am not able to figure out Sonam's expressions

As a kid I loved watching the Republic Day Parade on DD (and still do too). As far as I remember, the jets flying out in formations used to be the most memorable moment of the event.

I love watching the parade. The jets flying out is the best thing of the whole programme. I love the coordination they all have.

@Bold this is in January, correct? Is this the parade they were talking about in our show? The show started in March and they were talking about a parade that would occur in January? What even is the timeline of our show 😆 they didn't even celebrate Holi 😭
