The Kurukshetra part in this show is really well done. We can behold the gargantuan efforts the cast and the crew put here. It mustn't have been easy with so many men, horses, and elephants in that dust-filled barren land.

After more than 3 decades this Kurukshetra is still unmatched and scores the highest against its ludicrous and laughable studio successors.

Kudos to the team!

P.S. Special mention for the bed of arrows part. MK shot many scenes on that arrow bed and used to lie uncomfortably for hours. No succeeding depiction comes close.

Such an awesome production with such humility

I love them the most because they had the the simplicity of the past, not only glamour

True. Also, people like Pandit Narendra Sharma and Dr Rahi Masoom Raza were geniuses with deep knowledge of the epic. Barring some interpolations and folklores, this show was true to the research.

Kurukshetra part is definitely very well done in BRC.

The fights are intense and seems very realistic.

The women in the camp awaiting news, impact of war on innocent soilders who sit tired and wounded at night, Krishna's motivation to the Pandavas - great stuff

Even Duryodhana is not portrayed as overly villainous and seems normal. In caring for Bhisma's safety and instructing everyone to keep Bhisma safe is definitely a good trait.
