Mediation is for your soul and it is nothing to do with becoming sadhu or saint. Like we need food to survive similarly our soul need mediation to survive and calm down.

Even in my kids (7,9) are learning mediation in the school itself. I want to learn as well, my problem is many experts told me not to do it alone. I need a proper teacher to do it else I will be a mess, considering I get future vision on and off...

That's excellent..Kids are more intuitive and with practicing mediation, it would do really good to their minds..I wish I had started younger!

Their are many places where you can start guided meditation..but make sure to verify teacher and do it in a group preferably!

If you need suggestions, i can pm you on the basis of the country you reside in..😃

I don’t know how many know about Sadhguru but even I have followed him and done his programs ,.....they are very good and it gives different kind of peace and calmness...his inner engineering program,bhava spandana and all are really good ...

Yup i have.. me and my dad sometimes watch videos of sadhguru, though we haven't attended any programs yet, but the videos are amazing and very informative..

We have a his book inner engineering, Dad was reading..

Since BV days, he seems to be very recent to me.. But their can be many reasons so..
