Part 16

Raman was in living room when the door bell rang , the help opened the door and informed that Ryan has came . Raman welcomed Ryan warmly and both friends hugged eachother tightly . They settled on couch and started talking , they talked for long about their life, business and many more things . Raman and Ryan were still talking when ishita returned with kids . Raman has already informed ishita about about Ryan but she has forgotten about him as she has to go to kids school,so when they entered and saw Ryan,she got bit startled . Ishrudi were going upstairs, talking randomly when ishita saw Ryan ,she stopped in mid . She got bit nervous as ,atfirst he was the first person she was meeting who was someone close to Raman and adding to tgat he was foreigner. She got confused ,how to react how to greet , she looked at Raman for help . He smiled and introduced them " hey ishita this is my buddy and partner Ryan from US and she is ishita , they were adi and ruhi her kids ."

Ishita felt lil bad as Raman has introduced Ryan as his friend but didn't named their relationship. She just greeted Ryan and was going inside when Raman stopped her ,he went closer to her and was about to peck her lips but she pushed him a bit and said " stay away your mouth stinking".

He smiled and said " ok ,can you please do me a favour ".

I- humm boliye .

R- Ryan loves indian food too much , can you prepare something special for him .

I- Veg or non veg .

R- veg ,he don't get veg food often in his country.

I- ok .

Saying so she was going when Raman stopped him and asked " hey ishita ."

I- humm .

Raman went closer ,removed a strand of haor from her face and asked tucking it behind her ear " are you mad at something".

Ishita took a deep breath feeling his touch and spoke " no ,I m good ."

R- if you are tired ,I can tell Neelu ...

I- no its ok ,I will prepare lunch ,just decide the menu and tell me .

R- ok .anything else .

I- humm ,don't talk to adiru till you are drunk and please maintain some distance in front of your friend . It seems bit awkward

R- ok will stay away from adiru about distance he don't bother about that ,you know this all is normal on his country.

I- may be ,but you know I m not comfortable with it .

R- ok sweets .

Ishita didn't said anything and went from there. After she left Ryan said"hey Raman , I never knkw that you are married .

R- married ? Who told that to you ?

Ryan- no one ,I have eyes . Don't lie to me Raman ,i just saw your wife and two kids .I must say she is indeed a beauty .

R- Ryan ,she is not my wife but you know my girl for now ...

Ryan - you mean she is your new fling .

R- yeah ,kind of ..

Ryan - no way man ,we always go for girls not for woman and a woman with kids . I think you had landed yourself in a problem man .

R- no way ,I was just helping her .

Ryan - then why she is in your house , you never brought any girl here .

R(bit irritated)- I told you na ,she is just a woman whom I found desirable ,that's it .

Ryan- what ever makes you sleep in night ,but I had seen how whipped you are for her . And man I saw that you are bit scared of her too ,you never gave up srinking or your lifestyle for anyone but I saw how you talked softly to her .

R- I think you are thinking too much ,just stop you mind there itself ,its not more than that Ok .

Ryan - but i just ..

R- Ryan you had come here to talk about yourself not me remember.

Ryan- are you agreeing to meet Lisa .

R- not that much ,but I had to either you will continue giving me pep talks about relationship.

Ryan smiled happily listening to him . On the other hand ishita went to adiru and told them to he good kids as some guests has come . They agreed and got busy in playing while ishita went to kitchen to prepare lunch . She found all the ingredients were kept on the kitchen counter,Neelu informed her about the menu and she started preparing the food while neelu was helping her washing and chopping veggies . Within one and half hour the food was ready , ishita had prepared daal makhani , palak paneer,mix veg ,missi roti ,raaiyta with gulab jamun as dessert . She placed the food in dinning table told Neelu to serve Raman and Ryan then took adiru's food and went to their room to feed them . Feeding adiru was just an excuse but the truth was she was feeling awkward being around Ryan thinking he will judge her character.

Neelu called them for lunch ,the moment Raman settled in table, he asked for ishita and kids.She informed that ishita is feeding kids. Raman nodded recalling what she has told earlier and started eating but he kept looking for ishita, he even once told neelu to check on her ,she went in room and then informed that ishita is making kids sleep. He then asked weather she had her food or not for which neelu denied saying she will have afterwards . Raman found it bit unusual as ishita was always around him whenever he eats just to make it sure that he is having his full diet and today she didn't even showed up once, not even for asking about the food while on the other hand Ryan was noticing Raman's actions and was getting worried for him.
