My answer: @Bold I Beg to disagree with this. Rashami Desai didn't come back into the game with Asim's support. After Arhaan's elimination in the game, she did have Devoleena on her side. Both Shefali Jariwala and Himanshi later tried to join sides with her. I agree Rashami Desai's game was slow but she picked up in the last two months. However, her game can't be overshadowed by Asim's friendship.
Interestingly, Rashami was the first person to take Sidharth head on in the first stage. Of course, Arhaan is no match for Shukla, we all know that.
Shukla vs Rashmi did not have an impact simply because it was a continuation of something that happened between them outside the house. So it didn't have the desired impact on audience.
After facing and hearing so much, even Rashami left that thing. The show revolved around their rivalry in the beginning. Again, I would beg to differ. Seeing the media coverage and reaction on social media, anyone would say their rivalry and nok jhok had an impact on the audience.
Shukla and Asim together made this season theirs first with their friendship/brotherhood and then their rivalry. Others's had to take sides with either Shukla or Asim if they are not with one of these two guys they were out of the game. Rashmi had to take sides in Shukla Vs Asim.
Channel wanted Rashmi Vs Shukla with all the rest taking sides but what we got is Asim Vs Shukla with all the rest including Rashmi taking sides.
Rashami took side because she had a rivalry with Sidharth and if we go back, we can see rashami allowing Asim to take a stand for himself when it came to Sidharth. She only joined forces with Asim and gave back to housemates, when Paras and Mahira were there.
Sorry to say but I felt your post looked like a big question on Rashami Desai's existence in the show without Sidharth and Asim. I agree she was never the strongest player but still, she didn't need others to grab limelight. Also, I am getting from where are you are coming from. And I do respect your point.
