Why DD Retro only available on Free Dish and not others?

They should show Stone Boy. It only has 11 episodes. I came across it last year on You Tube. Its a beautiful but emotional show. Can't believe they made good content show in 1993. I was only 1 then. Its actually kids show but can be watched with entire family. Such shows can't be made now.

Lots of shows of those days were awesome. DD had many cult shows. Don't understand what happened that the shows quality started deteriorating.

Upnishad Ganga is another show one can watch
