The episode starts with Raja seeing the ladder being pushed by kids and sees Rani under it. He runs to protect her. Why? One is humanitarian reasons buggy mainly iss because somewhere he has a soft corner.
I loved this scene because it was a RanJa moment.... also because it was a beautiful scene. The way he runs as if she is his everything was amazing. And he goes and catches the ladder and she is still clueless of what is happening behind her back, not only with Raja and ladder but also with her life and marriage. After catching the ladder Mr Raja turns and sees her. Wow, the look on his face, satisfied on saving her and protecting her... happy look showing he is fulfilling his promise of protecting her as his wife.
Rani at the correct moment turns back only to find someone behind her and she bumps into him. Fortunately for us it's Raja and he holds her and stops her from falling on her own. In fact he falls with her...wah! The scene was so good...with eye lock and rolling with each other in the cloth and getting tangled in it. I seriously loved it. This scene happening in the temple clearly shows the consent from the almighty. After a long eye lock Mr Raja and Miss Rani realise that they are in an awkward moment. Well, a little more of prepping into each other's soul would have been better though. They get away from each other and Rani think Raja did it all purposely...then Rani he saved you from the ladder and it was you who bumped into him. He apologises as though it is his fault...shows that he just wants to finish the misunderstandings.
Meanwhile Utsav sees Raja saving Rani even after her arguing with him...this is what is called love. True love just means that the other person means more than yourself, no ego nothing can interfere between the two. Subconsciously, Raja did things he would have done to his love, his wife. And at the right moment the bells rings indicating God's consent. Well, already once permission was given when Raja and Rani fell on each other in the house of lord and then the bells...it's just like destiny is proving that they are meant for each other.
Utsav gets a call and his friend tells that he did not win the lottery, he lost it by just one number. I was sad to know but I knew something like this will happen, at least for the sake of drama. I wanted this to happen one because I did not want RanJa to be joined in this bond with the foundation being money and other because this will affect the dynamics of their relation, even if this was hidden from them. He is shattered not because he lost the money but because he will lose a gentlemen for his Rani. As a brother, this makes so much sense.
Meanwhile, Asha is calling him and doesn't answer the call, he doesn't know what to do. If he refuses this relation, Rani's life will be devoid of such good love and care from Raja and if he accepts, Asha will torture him for money.
Mota Papa and Moti mummy just want to fix Raja's relation with pooja somehow. I wonder what they will actually do of they find out Rani is the girl. It's kind of advantageous to them except they don't know that her brother is giving the money. Just a minute after time, mota papa tells Asha that he will wait but Moti mummy wants to fix the relation. She says she loves pooja for the way she talks, she is like a cow...she is True, she is like a cow but not in the scriptural sense, and ofcourse one will like someone who is similar to them.
Rightly, Utsav makes an entry. Even though he is not the hero, in this scene he made an entry like one removing all the doubts from our hearts, except we don't know if he agreeing to the relation or not.
On the other side, Raja is leaving the temple when Guddi plays Cupid again. She brings the trophy RanJa had won. Rani doesn't want to have the trophy because it will remind her of him and his attitude. Well then returning this won't help you eitherway....your heart is still with you and it will remind you of him. And Raja wants her to have it because it will remind her that she did not fail after reaching 99...but then she will anyway remember it because she has faith on God anyways. Both were trying to find reasons to get rid of each other and yet at the same time coming closer. After all where there is love, there will be conflicts but there will also be immense care. Unknowingly both were expressing the care and concern for each other.
Other side, Utsav says he has learnt enough about Raja and this family and he is ready for the wedding. I wonder what his plan is. Moti mummy wants to know who is the girl so she tells him to talk about his sister. He tells her name is Rani. I liked Asha's dialogue here...finally Raja ko uski Rani mil gayi. Moti mummy insults Rani when she finds out it's the same girl who she had called to cook. Utsav like a true brother can't bear this, and tells that her name is Rani. Both Asha and Utsav don't want the talk about lottery to come up and this way the matter is hidden from Kirtida. When Asha says this relation is yes from their side, mota papa days RanJa should meet first and then we can confirm. Who will tell you that RanJa have met already, and that they have won the Dandhiya competition together...in fact spent enough time together....
Utsav leaves from the place and calls Asha to talk to her. He tells her that Rani must not find out and he also manages the lottery thing with lies but he feels guilty. He isn't bad at heart, just a little too protective and concerned for Rani. I like this about him. He finds Raja as a good guy who will hold Rani's hand forever even if the truth comes out. I hope so too. He convinces himself saying he is doing for her good....but if a relation is built on the basis of money or lie it will not stand strong. I wonder how both these things are going to affect RanJa's relation.
Both families reveal their decision. Raja is shocked that it's Rani who is the girl while Rani is shocked that Raja is the guy. But somewhere they are happy....happy that they will be together now. It was seen on their faces. Raja's face turned from shock to happy when he recalls their moments. I know he is very happy and he wants this relation to happen. I totally love the parallel view. It was amazing to see as well. Asha puts the nail in the coffin by saying she is happy about this relation and that he must meet her take a good decision. Now we know, Raja will always do what the elders say.
I don't like Mehul's talk now in this beautiful scene. He insults Rani and her family I am sure he will get back all the replies very soon, once Rani comes back home.
Both Raja and Rani are in a dilemma of what to do. She thinks of texting him while he thinks of the same. Even their thoughts are same...made for each other. And both decide against it. This scene did not have much talking or any drama but it was such a blissful scene....with the title track playing and both lost in each other's thoughts, remembering the old moments of each other. It was so good.
In this scene, we get to see the dynamics of Rani's family. From Utsav convincing the family that his father wanted to go to latrine and was not talking about lottery to him convincing his father to not to talk about lottery and that he will buy him English liquor. How Rani's sister and brother-in-law get upset that they did not inform about Rani's relation to Vrinda convincing then. This scene just shows how different her family is from Raja's and that she has the capability to handle both.
Both the side mother's are preparing them for the date. Rani's mother is teaching her lessons, to act like a girl. But I want Rani to be who she actually is. They have already met before but both want to look the best and suitable for each other. I loved the small scene between Raja and Asha. It was so true. Rani is nervous and excited while Raja is only excited.
While leaving mota papa gives Raja a gift and asks him to give it to Rani. Apparently it's a test he is keeping to judge the girl. I already know that Rani won't take the gift but I am sure something...some drama will happen. Mota Papa says that if one hasn't seen money, they will be greedy. I wonder, what made you greedy for money? Haven't you seen it?
Even Rani's sister and her husband try to brain wash her. They tell her that rich people are rich by money and will want some organ from the poor girl. What a way to brainwash someone. I wish she doesn't believe it.
Both of them are going to meet. I am excited. As soon as she reaches the place, she gets a message that he is running late. She thinks why rich people are always late. Well, its just your perception. And some kids take her away to play. Raja comes and his sister tells him to go soon and she doesn't want to spoil their personal time. Another Cupid is it? Rani's sister sees Raja and introduces herself. This scene was kind of funny.
Raja goes down the temple looking for Rani. He sees her playing and is mesmerized. The sparkle in his eyes was go genuine. He was happy to see the carefree Rani......he has finally fallen in love...or maybe he always loved her but due to family he might have been ignoring his feelings.
This episode was absolutely amazing. Loved ever aspect. There was RanJa moment, family time some sort of nok jhok. I loved it. I am waiting for the meet and the drama that is going to happen.
Ps. From now on, episodic discussions will happen on discussion thread, which will be up soon. Till then, enjoy rewatching shubharambh. I will continue in the discussion thread.
