I love the slight movement of her fingers. First to touch his ear and then her thumb brushes his cheek while he's grabbing the duvet...okay, okay I'll stop now.

This is so so so adorable!!!! I always loved KetuNal, but now I love them even more!!! If only the makers could see this and give us more mini scenes of this adorable brother-sister duo!!

I don't know why but this detail gets me every time I watch this scene. It just conveys something so poignant, childlike, and vulnerable about Kuhu's state and her feelings for Kunal.

2. LOOK HOW HE IS HOLDING HER SO CLOSE WITH BOTH HANDS 😭

This is when he's saying he's right there and that he's telling the absolute truth this time. I just noticed this and it has all of my heart, as well as the fact that I can continue to notice such beautiful details after so many rewatches.
