Anurag was looking at them with burning jealousy. He just couldn't believe what he is seeing.

Prerna turned towards Anurag and said, "Mind it Mr.Basu, don't ever try to manipulate me again."

Rishabh said, "See you in office tomorrow Mr.Basu with your decision. Waise I know what your decision will be." And smirked and left.

They both descended the stairs, hand in hand and walked out of the house from infront all prying eyes.

Rishabh accelerated the car, and started to drive away to their abode of happiness. He was happy, content and at peace finally after so many years.

Prerna could feel the calmness in Rishabh,

she said, "Rishabh, why didn't you ever tell me your feelings before?"

Rishabh knew this was coming. He said, "mujhe laga tha main tumhe phir se kho dunga, I used to think that you never loved me, at first it was Anurag's love and then there was Anurag's betrayal in your heart. Mujhe laga tha main hu hi nehi kahin apke dil mein. Toh agar main batau toh aap phir se chali jayengi. Usse better tha main chup rahu aur aap mere pass rahe. Bas isiliye"

Prerna's eyes welled up. She felt very guilty. "I am very sorry Rishabh. Really sorry."

Rishabh saw that she will cry at any moment and tried to lighten the situation," waise apko pata kaise chala, ki I love you?"

Prerna said with conviction, " I have seen it in your eyes Rishabh, felt it through your heartbeats."

She placed her head on his shoulders and clutched his arm and placed another hand over his heart and said, "When I come near, iski dhadkane tez ho jati hain, aur mujhe pata hain ki this beats for me now."

Rishabh felt his life has come to a shore where he wanted to be anchored all this while. He placed a small kiss over her head and drove to their abode of peace.

3 Years Later:

Today Prerna handed over the land to the Basus. They were humiliated in the full business fraternity. Rishabh truly said everyone will mock the Basus for taking the favour of Prerna Rishabh Bajaj to keep their Business going, and it happened. Today she is fully at peace.

As soon as she handed over the land to Anurag, she requested Rishabh to book flight tickets for three of them as she wants to return to London as soon as possible. And now she is in flight looking at her lifelines peacefully sleeping. She looked at her diary in which she was penning down her experiences and emotions for 3 years. Today she wrote,

"Take me to a place,

Where there is no commotion,

Where the only sounds I hear,

Come from your voice,

And the waves of the ocean,

Where peace is eternity,

Where peace is home,

If you're there with me, then I will never be alone."

She put down her glasses, closed her eyes and smiled in contentment...
