Lol Who told Kasauti was about 2 people?Kasauti was about Prerna's life and the difficulties she had to face to find happiness and stability.In season 1 also Kasauti was not about Anu Pre.That us why they kept Prerna and Bajaj together till the end,because public liked them together more,not Anu Pre.Anurag couldn't keep prerna because he doesn't deserve her.It is as simple as that.No amount of love can make two people right for each other.If you followed Ekta's shows then you would know Ekta always introduces the Person the heroine is going to be with forever later,to show that time changes people and love can happen again.In Kasauti 1 Prerna fell in love with Mr. Bajaj and chose him over Anurag because he made her happy.Anurag made her sad more because he never chose her over her family.It's about who is right for Prerna.And for Bajaj blackmailing Prerna or trying to Kill his enemies,He was a villain in the beginning and didn't give a damn about Prerna.The people he tried to kill are his enemies.And not to forget that It was Anurag's plan to send him jail for a long time for the crime he didn't commit.It shows Rishab's anger is justified.Since he realised his love for Prerna,he let her go& decided to give her lifelong support.It's called redemption He didn't hurt the Person he loved,and her so called Soul mate Anurag Pushed her off the bridge and didn't bother to check if she or their daughter is alive.He claimed yo love her,but always been the reason of her pain.After Marrying Mr . Bajaj when Prerna was trying to move on,he kept stalking and harassing her despite her saying not to do it again and again.It only proves that he doesn't think about Any one but himself.

Oh than perhaps somone should change the plot written on Wikipedia page i think. They are spreading wrong info. Maybe people who wrote the wikipedia page were watching some other show or forgot to put its prerna's journey instead of Anu and Pre 😲. I read the following thing though as plot summary.

"Star crossed lovers Anurag and Prerna fall in love with each other, only for fate to time and again separate them. Komolika and Rishabh Bajaj are vital catalysts in the story. Over a span of eighty years in the show, the story revolves around Anurag and Prerna their children Prem and Sneha eventually their granddaughters."

Oh and ya even erica somewhere in her IV mentioned that this time everyone is different kasuti is different then past season their character are different so you never know what else might be different this season 😉. And all the actors in their IV recently have stated that sometime story plots are changed to fit actors availablilty and priority and thats the fact so what might happen and what not in future rest to that too. As you said love can happen again so it can sail in any ⛵ 😆 after all its KZK 2🤭. Abhi to Prem ko ana bhi baki hai as per your season 1 story so lot of AnuPre are kind of garrented 😉.
