The update was so cute!!! Thank god that Prerna is at least releasing at Rishabh might have Feelings her. Otherwise in the show. Let's drop that topic!!! Prerna knows that Rishabh is her rock(i should have mentioned it in my last comment tho), the person who will always stand by her side. What else does a person!!!!

Rishabh scanned each and everyone's expression and was happy reading that all were shocked. He decided to ignore them all and called upon Shaumik,

"Mr.Shaumik we need to talk something important."

Shaumik agreed and giving them all a cold glare Rishabh hold Prerna's hand and said, "Chaliye Mrs.Bajaj".

They both went with Shaumik leaving all the Basus stunned, they just couldn't still process what had happened in just few minutes.

"So, Mr.Shaumik you already know our proposal, are they ready for it? If yes then only we can invest.", Rishabh said.

Shaumik was purplexed a little, "Sir woh Basu City apke land mein banane mein kabhi razi nehi honge. They will definitely not agr..."

"Mr.Shaumik we do business in our own terms, dekhiye we just want that they construct Basu City in our land, and after all plots are sold and shops in mall will open we will demand our rent, usse pehle nehi. Aur woh bhi for 3years only. After that the land will be of Basus and it's our promise. Aur Bajaj's don't make fake promises"

"Par Mr.Bajaj" Shaumik was about to continue but Prerna intervened.

"See Mr.Shaumik unko convince karna apki zimmedari hain, it's your responsibility. If they are convinced inform us we are here in the party for some time. And if they are not we have other rival industries of Basus to invest who will happily welcome us and do business on our terms. Choice is their's Mr.Shaumik. They want profit or loss it will solely be their decision. You just try. Ok."

She said with such finality that Shaumik couldn't disagree.

"Ok, Mrs.Bajaj I will try my level best. Excuse me."

She finally turned towards Rishabh to see his eyes shinning with pride.

"So cruel Mrs.Bajaj" and They both Chuckled.

" Bechare Basus. I pity them. Unhe laga humne ghate ka sauda kiya woh zameen kharid kar, but they don't know we are Bajaj's aur hume 60 crore ko 600 crore mein badalna ata hain, Right Prerna?"Said Rishabh.

"Absolutely Right Mr.Bajaj, now they will get it what was our reason to buy that plot by hook or buy crook. Paise humare, mehmat unke par profit humara." Beamed Prerna.

Rishabh just couldn't handle himself more and cupped her face and said, " You truly deserve to be the businesswoman of the year."

Prerna slowly placed a hand over his hand and said, "Kiyu na hu deserved, I have learnt from the best."

And by taking Rishabh in surprise she hugged him with her full might. Rishabh slowly responded to the hug.

Prerna while resting her head in his chest said, " Aap aj nehi ate to main yaha khadi bhi nehi reh pati, you kept your promise, mere bulane par aap aa gaye. Thank you Mr. Bajaj. Ap aj tak jo karte aye hain mere liye un sab ke thank you." Prerna could feel his increase in heartbeat and smiled a little and pulled out from the hug.

Rishabh was so overwhelmed that he just couldn't process any sentence and said "Thank you Prerna, for believing me with your life."

They both shared an eyelock.

But out of their knowledge Anurag watched the whole scene unfolding in front of his eyes. After listening to Shaumik the demands Bajaj's have placed he was coming for an argument but stopped looking at Prerna hugging Rishabh. He was shocked, hurt, angry and jealous as well. He thought that Prerna came back and now she will again choose him over Bajaj if such situation arises. But after what he saw today it seemed doubtful for him. He slowly moved towards the drinks area. He need to gulp down his pain soon.

Unknown to him Rishabh has seen him watching them hugging, as soon as Prerna began socialising with some ladies he slowly went and grabbed the next seat to Anurag.

Anurag upon seeing Rishabh offered him a drink, " Aiye Mr. Bajaj ek jaam humari puarni dushmani ke naam".

Rishabh while smirking a bit declined the offer and said, " Apko pata hain aap na mauke ka fayda uthana bilkul nehi jante. Prerna itne waqt se apke saath thi, aplogo mein pyar tha par prerna ka accha asar ap par bilkul bhi nehi huya, yah phir unhone apko kabhi badalna hi nehi chaha, it was just an infatuation from her side, jiski bahot badi keemat chukani padi unko. Dekhiye 8 saalon mein Prerna ne mujhe kitna badal diya. I left drinking 5 years ago. So Thanks, but No Thanks."

Anurag who was already 2 glasses down by then was bit furious now, "Prerna ab bhi meri hain."

Rishabh let out a heart laugh, " you silly boy, Prerna apki business ko mitane ki peeche padi hain aur apko lagta hain ki she is yours?"

"Jis Prerna ko you are seeing today is not yours. Apki Prerna toh 8 saal pehle hi maar chuki hain, jise apne khud bridge se neeche feka tha. Yeh meri Prerna hain. Mrs. Prerna Rishabh Bajaj. Maine dekha hain unhe pal pal tutte huye. Ek ek hissa samet ke maine jora hain meri Prerna ko. Aur is bar if you indulge in any fishy business of yours I swear Mr.Basu you will see who the real Rishabh Bajaj is." With that he went away.

Anurag turned to see Prerna is happily conveying something to Rishabh and who is looking with intent eyes on her.

Anurag's eyes burned on seeing such intensity.

He thought to have a word with Prerna but he was not getting a chance. He had to talk about the business deal but right now he wanted to prove his innocence.

He thought of a plan. He went and said something to the anchor of the party which he agreed.

"Mr.Bajaj, you know Mr.Shaumik just said that they have 90% agreed on our proposal but they need sometime more then they will discuss with us" said Prerna to Rishabh as soon as she saw him coming towards her.

Rishabh smirked and said, " Prerna they have to agree on this, they don't have any other options. For 6 months they are failing to grab any tenders. They lost all the government contracts to KB Enterprises. All investors turned them down. Their Publishing House is experiencing a huge cut in sell rate. Yeh jo aap chakachond dekh rahi hain na Prerna yeh sab dikhawa hain, sab dikhawa. Agar aisa hi chalta raha na yeh log raste par aa jayenge kuch hi mahino mein. They have no other option but to accept and give in our demands Prerna, no other option."

Prerna was amazed. "You are planning all these for so long?"

"Yes, Mrs.Bajaj. Dekhiye agar unki haalat aj pehli jaisi hoti, you only think will you accept to any such demands we have placed? No, no businessman will ever accept it. I had to corner them so much that they will have no other option but to accept all demands we will make later. Now they will do business on our land, on our money and whole business fraternity will hear that Basus don't have any money to buy a land and run a business. They had to take the favour of KB Industries. Mrs. Prerna Rishabh Bajaj has done a Charity, just asked for the profit for 3 years, and decided to give the land to them after 3 years."

"Chit bhi humari, pat bhi humari. 3 saalon ki profit aur unki izzat. You are awesome Mr. Bajaj" Prerna beamed with happiness.

Rishabh Bajaj the mighty again fell for this woman, fell for this smile.
