The episode starts with Raja praying to his father and then taking the blessing of his mother. This a sure indication of his character, his respect for elders, his love for his father. At the end of the day this is the true quality in any person and Raja, that is why impresses people. His looks and his status surely plays a role but to me its his values. That's what makes him different from Mehul and Hitank.
And Mota Papa, I guess doesn't like peace and love to prevail. And Mr Gunwant Reshemiya plays his games pretty well by praying to late Dhanwant Reshemiya just for some sympathy. It was such a strong scene though for Raja, its his birthday and his father's death anniversary. This whole scene just made me think if Mota Papa actually killed Dhanu, I mean if he has medicated him to get a heart attack and kill him, so that the shop becomes his but if that is the case. But its just my thoughts.
Raja is a gem of a person, the way he feels sad for Mota Papa and his father, its so true. And declares that he won't eat food. I am sure Raja's love will surely win over every evil. The love and respect he gives to Mota Papa is not even close to what he probably gives his mother.
Meanwhile, Kirtida checks for her money only to realize that money is missing. Of course, it was karma, after all she had taken Asha's share of money and now her money is gone. Now, i guess this is a catch, she correctly stole the money saying Sejal Tenu Prem Karu Chu. By the way this line is my favorite. I am sure this will cause some trouble.
At the same time, Asha hands some money to Raja with is the same note that was stolen to buy something for himself. Again this scene touched my heart, a mother stole money only to give it to her son to buy something. Even though the money was stolen, the love is true, but I feel instead of giving him that money she could have done something else. At least that way no problem would have happened. But the scene was something I loved. The contrast between the past birthday and present birthday shows how they have become puppets in Mota Papa's hands. It also shows the dependency.
Now, what can one call this concern Raja shows to Rani. Why is he bothered if she got the money? Is it friendship or something else. But you know coincidences play a very big role in life, and coincidentally Mehul tells Raja to pay the girl. For once I thought they were going to meet. Maybe it wouldn't have been that eventful but at least they would have met.
Asha in the mean time hides the money in her secret place. This lady has so much brains to find a place to hide her money but not enough sense to give a proper note to Raja. Why did she even given the note with the writing? Itna paisa toh tha hi toh phir wahi note kyu churaya aur kyu diya?
On the other side, Raja wants to thank Rani specially, why? What did she do, did she save his life? What is Raja feeling towards her? Questions that have no answer yet. So he draws beautifully on the envelope. Well, i feel he should chuck being a sales man and become an artist or some sort of designer. And now the Kand happens, Mr Raja replaced the money, he placed the money his mother gave in the envelope and Mehul's money was with him. Unfortunately, Rani is the victim of this coincidence.
Again, its time for more coincidences. Rani's chappal is misplaced in the crowded market. Isn't it obvious that the chappal will be found by Raja, maybe this is how they were going to meet...while exchanging chappals. To be honest, I wanted them to meet like that only, for the Banner shows chappal's pictures so maybe I expected their story to proceed with chappal as a key. But Hero and Heroine can't meet with chappal in hand. Raja smartly places it on the post and walks away. And coincidentally Rani spotted it and took it. This scene again was very beautifully done, they did not even meet but the essence of their love was felt.
Meanwhile Rani takes her money from Natu Kaka, at least now they could have met. And I totally love her smile when she gets the envelope. She has not only got the money she wanted but she got the envelope with her beautiful drawing.
On the parallel set, Kirtida is throwing tantrums to get dressed. This is so stupid, I mean the person who is always decked up, maybe the jewelry she wears weighs equal to her (no offence intended) is throwing tantrums. And her chappal tore. And she thinks she is so rich that she needs a brand new chappal just because it should match her clothes and she doesn't wear the same chappal again.
Meanwhile, preparation for another Kand was taking place. Jharna messages Mehul telling that her mother wants her to marry Raja. What does she think of herself? Who is she to play with someone's emotions? I am sure she will get what she deserves. Mehul is jealous and wants to do something and like every film, Mehul decided to get boozed. And Raja the goody goody fellow invites the death trap himself. To stop Mehul from drinking, he takes the bottle only to throw it into the basket of garlands. What a big coincidence. And suddenly Darshana appears to take the basket.
On the other hand, Rani has ended up in the same shop as Kirtida. Now, now the Kand will open. But, before things happens, misunderstanding must happens. And moti mummy and Rani fall prey to one too.
In the shop, Mota Papa tries becoming good in front of people, and asks Raja to perform the ceremony but Asha also wants to act good and hence Mota Papa performs the ceremony. Well, the other Kand has to come up right, and Mota papa finds the liquor bottle in the basket. He shouts to know who is drunk only to find Raja who is fully high and is dancing.
On the other side, Rani buys the shoes. And Moti Mummy sees the money to realize that the money is hers. Its all because of Sejal Tenu Prem Karu Chu. So she blames Rani to be a thief. Well, my take on this is that, when your husband is in trouble, its your duty to follow him right, so you get into trouble. There Raja is in a problem and here Rani is in trouble.
Overall the episode was exciting to watch, to know if RanJa meet, to know what happens to Sejal Tenu Prem Karu Chu. And I had fun watching it. But there was nothing much to think about while writing this, everything was very direct.
