In dono bewkoofon ko khud pe koi baat ki jae to bardasht nai hoti par dusron ki har baat pe taang adana hai.Just like u prefer someone others prefer someone else.Madhuri I feel was loved more bcoz of her overall personality which includes her gentle demeanour off screen.Sri was an absolute treat no doubts.But I too prefer Madz over her.❤️

Madhuri hardly done 3 films , and it was a BONUS as a comeback,..she already gain which others can only dream about.

Sridevi just had ONE EV only.....thats it.

Even Mom was a flop (plz do check BOI and other sites).

She acted flawlessly in aaja nachle, dedh ishqiya and gulaab gang roles that were AUTHOR-BACK characters.... she was not responsible for their boxoffice success beyond her acting contribution...

Even Sridevi's 2nd comeback MOM was a FLOP despite extensive promotions, simply because it was not an upto the mark product like EV....even Sridevi's acting could not save MOM from flopping...

And Madhuri is in SHOWBIZ... were u expecting her to be draped in a cotton saari with white hair and a chashma on her nose in those glamorous dance reality shows, the way 50+ people used to be depicted in 60's & 70's stereotyped old bollywood movies 🤪

She acts very much her age, takes up roles that suited her age .... all of her comeback characters be it AN, dedh ishqiya or gulaab gang are open evidences of it.

It’s not a popular opinion only on IF. I’ve met people In the real world who have the same opinion. We know Madhuri can dance but enough of the dancing already. She needs to show her acting range. Her recent movies have shown her limited acting range. Even Juhi Chawla has made better movie choices in her 2nd innings.

I agree with Rangoli for once.

Sri>Madhuri when it came to acting.

Looks, Dance and Glamour, is debatable, and I think Madhuri was more sexy than Sri for me personally, looks wise I think both were like yeah good looking average types who with proper make up and cosmetics help looked great on screen, and dance I don't have much idea, maybe Madhuri was better, I dunno but acting wise, no argument, Sri is much better than Madhuri.

You repeat the same nonsense about flops, as if you didn't know commercial failure doesn't equal artistic failure. Or is this concept too hard to understand? Because it shouldn't be. Aaja Nachle didn't do well at the box office, but so what? In retrospect, this movie looks like Einstein among wannabes.

Your ageist remarks hold little value, too. You and a bunch of Sri groupies (and hundreds of millions of oh-so progressive Indians, no doubt) still can't come to terms with the FACT that women of Madhuri's age can be sexy, confident and beautiful, and still can dance like a dream, and are still sought for acting jobs. It doesn't hurt that Madhuri is immensely likeable and respected as a person, has a nice life with a loving, "non-filmi" husband and kids, still does her best and enjoys success, whether it's a hit show like Dance Deewane or a hit brainless comedy like Total Dhamaal.
