I never found her that pretty tbh but she is talented, and has screen presence so I like her...I was also pleasantly surprised by her acting in panipat...proves that even good actors need a good role first to really prove their talent!

Not a fan but I liked her in Lukha Chuphi and she is very beautiful.
BW career just depends on how many hits you give, so as long as she keeps giving good movies, she's sorted.
The so-called "bland-ness" is also known as "girl next door type".
Madhuri Dixit was the same. She was always kinda boring. But that's what we liked about her. She arrived during the SUPER-diva era of Rekha-Sridevi-Dimple.
Madz had that approachable charm.
Kriti is so pretty and very talented. I was surprised by her performances in even awful films like Dilwale and Raabta. If you watch her performance closely enough you will see the skill she brings to the table.
Hopefully her next releases will give her enough to do, so the average cine-goer will see what cine-philes are seeing already.
A queen in the making.
Kriti does not appeal much in still media
But in motion she is charismatic
One of the few actresses from current lot that have x-factor

Madhuri once she got her movies as a heroine was never boring, she had oomph when needed, and the prettiest face
The actress or her characters? I thought she had quite a bit of spunk in Heropanti and Bariley ki barfi. Actress wise yes. Without a doubt. But among actresses who is not bland? Personality wise very few of them appear to have any individuality that sets them apart from another. They all show us a boring, bland, well rehearsed facade
She's bland as an actress. Actually, bland isn't even the proper word. She's far worse than bland.
There's Frosted Flakes (yum), Corn Flakes (bland), and those weird healthy Organic Corn Flakes replacement that look and taste disgusting.
Kriti is between Corn Flakes and the healthy Organic Corn Flakes replacement in terms of acting.
I'm not sure why people are commenting on her looks though ...
