A breakup is actually way more painful compared to an unrequited love but then we felt RB's pain the most. The credit goes to RR's acting skills. 👏He looked so vulnerable and sensitive at heart. It was heart wrenching every time to see him crying.

I still remember in the amnesia track when he goes to basu house on the ocassion of so called ap anniversary and his speech.

The way RR performed in that scene was way too good

Mr. Bajaj-Sneha. How adorable are they!

See, in the above scene, my heart goes out for Mr. Bajaj only.

I was reading Hardy's Tess of the d'Urbevilles the other day and this passage somewhat suited the post 5 year return of Mr. Bajaj (the wig and P's romantic glances at her husband). It describes the true love of a woman:

"Worn and unhandsome as he had become, it was plain that she did not discern the least fault in his appearance. To her he was, as old, all that was perfection, personally and mentally. He was still her Antinous, her Apollo even; his sickly face was beautiful as the morning to her regard on this day no less than when she first beheld him; for was it not the face of the one man on earth who had loved her purely, and who had believed in her as pure!"

Interestingly, Tess, the protagonist, killed the evil Alec because he made her believe that her husband Angel would never return after knowing that she had a physical encounter with him before marriage. So, she agreed to stay with Alec as his wife because of the financial hardships of her family (her father died). But Angel came back to her and asked for apology for not being understanding enough. Tess killed Alec in desperation for ruining her life a second time.

Though, of course, Anu was not evil. Poor he was actually innocent.
