I remember me commenting on this topic earlier, but I never said that she shouldn't eat.. I said may be that's not omelette since navratras were going on and may be Sidharth's fam celeberates it and I have seen few sikhs celebrating Navratras too,But their is no hard and fast rule for anyone...

healthy oil hoga- extra virgin olive oil 😆 I can only spot mushrooms and some kind of meat rest I have no idea...the plate she’s eating is quite nicely sautéd with oil ..

edit: I eat like this when im on holidays....at home I don’t even entertain breakfast!
