Are you using it from phone or lappy fariya? if it is from phone switch off the phone and try to do again

First try on some else's device it may help

but also know

if you 2nd ID is not working

then it could have been deleted

Hi error 403 is a forbidden request. U need to ask mods for this.

There must be some internal problem with ID.

settings -- App -- Browser (whatever u r using) -- Clear data

be aware u will lost all bookmarks data fof this browser but logout hu jaye gi id... again login ka nahi pata and restricted in ur country error is new... (try vpn once)
