But m sure they have a stay-in help who does all that and maybe even prepped for the food, i.e., chopping, washing, etc.

Bartan dhone padte toh ye sab experiment nahi hota roz roz, even with dishwasher.

On a side note: How are you guys managing with the work from home? It sucks man. I just cant concentrate. Today I was in a skype call and someone forgot to mute themselves. We could hear the Amazon Prime ad going off in the bg🤣

Not bashing anyone, but there's nothing respectable about living off your spouse's earnings. Women in your grandmom's generation were forced to become housewives. grand moms time ppl take care of joint family with 20-40 ppl not an easy task too

Women nowadays are forced to live off fathers/husband earning because company do not give job

Look at bollywood only , you have to be someone to gain into bollywood entry a model(anushka, kangana), miss india (Manushi, lara, priyanka) or a famous badminton champions daughter(deepika) etc. Other talented are pushed aside to accomadate the influential background ppl

Many are forced to be house wives after 30-35 years because companies do not easily give jobs to women nowadays

recent report says 78% girls who are PUC or more educated are unemployed in india

Its not like 78% good educated women want to be house wife or sit at home but Indian company thinks job first preference is for men not women

Its not like these 78% are not quality educated because the men who are as educated as women get job

Only teaching and sales in shops are two job places that prefer women over men

So being at home in india is not any choice for girls its forced by circumstances too

When actress reach 35-40 even they have to stop working or stop getting work

If deepika stops getting offers(in few years) and ranveer only goes to work than just because he stays at deepikas home does that make him house husband? Noooo. ranveer can afford a home out of his own wealth but is not doing so right now thats all

I feel ranveer is more immature and kid like, hes been brought up over protected by family unlike an independent deepika. Thats why he do not know house work etc so let him chill and enjoy. So what if deepika cooks for him?

If husband cooks than all would say jhoru ka ghulam and if wife cooks its also regressive. If both do not cook ppl will say making maids do all work showing off money.
