after nb shoving her nose in mineil relationship more than necessary i also want delhi track and miniel away from those oldies but but but.....i dont think there is going to be delhi track ever...because its patiala babes...without patiala flavour without hanita's memories without haveli and restaurant show cannot be that patiala babes.

and oberoi mansion ko itna importance shayad isliye diya ki neil ka emotional connection dikha sake uske sath thats it. i think after court case neil will gift the house to mini and she will renovate it. it can be their weekend gateaway but not permanent shift because for being patiala babes it had to be in patiala.

Patiala babes was initially about mother daughter and now half sisters it was never about patiala and haveli honestly.

First installment was about babita mini Haveli now second season is about mini her aspirations her dreams which realistically speaking cannot be fulfilled in patiala(she will always belong to patiala whether in Delhi or Australia). HS babita memories came along through the course of story and in second season they cannot cling on to the memories of the first one.

Neil is a very different person than HS haveli was used to show HS life and his personality now Oberoi house is being shown to show Neil's life and his personality his dream to see the house full of life, true restaurant will always remain an important part of the show but pb is not about patiala or haveli it is now about mini who has fallen in love with a man on the verge of divorce, that man Neil considers his Delhi house as the last memory of his family he dreams to fill it with love and laughter, it is about second chances in life for mini to resume her career, for Neil to fill his house(his life)with love for arya to get her parents.

Most importantly all old chapters in patiala are being given their closures last one being ashok. Plus that whole nb convo before holi about old people leaving and mini getting emotional all this hint at that and the very next day MiNeil play holi(which traditionally symbolizes new beginnings) and leave for Delhi and that showing house in detail.

The house is being given a lot of importance and it means a lot for Neil plus the maid there was also given importance, plus the way MiNeil entered and mention of house and Delhi ever since Neil has entered all hint for a Delhi shift, they may start with a blend of patiala and Delhi and later shift permanently.
