Laxman is gaining a lot of fans

Laxman is gaining a lot of fans because of his dialogues and him getting angry on most of the things. But still, like other men he respects women. People making lots of memes on him. Laxman is more real than Ram. Okay got it. He is a God. But forgiving for everything and being always mahaan does not applies to any yug let alone Kalyug. Laxman is what most of us are in real life.

It's never Ram vs. Lakshman. Ram was direct incarnation of God so yes, he forgives those who ask for forgiveness because that's what God does. Lakshman, who is also an aspect of God, is also God's shield/protector/devotee, so he will get angry when his God is insulted, just like any of us when we see God being belitttled or mocked in today's society. We can certainly see Lakshman as a shade of us, but not because he's some "angry young man", because he wasn't a typical angry young man. He was a devout follower of Ram who could never stand to see injustice being done to him. There is so much more meaning and love behind his anger than the "typical angry man".

Also, Ramayana is not meant to be seen/read/heard as a typical everyday story. While it's nice to find parallels between that era and today's world, it's not just meant for people to "relate with". Rather, it's a story to be learned from. It's a story about how we can grow and improve as human beings, and every single character has a message behind them.

Lakshman is a really sweet character, and I heart him so much!

He was just overprotective of his dear bro is a really, really cute way! I kind of like watching him get angry, just makes him cuter!

Also, he will be the one to protect and kinda keep Rama in one piece when the latter will be grieving over Seeta's abduction, so in a way he's Rama's complete support system, and I feel that is really great! ❤️

Lakshman has always been a loved character. I still remember my grandma saying that one should learn from Lakshman, how to admire and respect your brothers.

And his dialogues in the show are so cute ❤️

And so is he ☺️

No lord ram is not always forgiving . He do give chance anyone before reaching any decision . When he see anyone crossing limit inspire of giving chances then he give punishment

Ram principles was first try to make understand calmly the person who is wrong

Here are many incidents where Lord ram did not take any decision without thought and hurry and even did not take decision in extreme anger

When he face taadka he did not kill her for first time but he gave many chances to tadka so that tadka stop attacking but tadka continue attacking so ultimately taadka had to take hard decision

2 he give time 3 days to ocean to ask way to cross ocean but when ocean did not listen to his request then he decide to dry ocean with one arrow

3 he gave chances so many times to raavan too

Here ram first priority to deal anything calmly instead of just attacking . And I think it is quite sensible approach

As concern to laxman he set great example how should no one tolerate in justice at any cost

Here Lord ram also not tolerate justice but here Lord ram first prefer to give chance but laxman don't believe in giving chance most of time and I think principles of both brother are harmless

Well there is one story saying Laxman is actually Incarnation of Sheshnag..n the way he follows Rana's every order or wish that's why ram has given him vardan that in next Incarnation he will follow him..

That's why next incarnation that's krishna n balram..balram is incarnation of Sheshnag n is elder brother..

Yepp! Lakshman asked ram that in next yug he wants to be his elder brother.. so he was born as balram.
