I have experienced it. 2 of my friends lost their parents. One of our teacher was lucky enough to get out of his ground floor apartment that his and his neighbors got saved . N as soon as they came out whole building collapsed. My brother’s friend used to live in the adjoining apartment his building was safe but they were petrified .

Oh god .. that's horrifying... I can't even imagine being witness to such painful situation.

Kudos to you and the survivors who fought through these tough times and started fresh and continuing to do so.
