Good Afternoon Rainbow Friends😊

In US there is complete lock down. I can only pray to God for my son and all the people there. It is also not adviceable for him to travel. Everyday we are talking to him. He and his friends are locked in apartment. Advicing him to be brave and confident. This phase will soon pass. Just praying nothing else.

Good morning!

Yes Padma, no point in anyone returning as flights are blocked and those returning are quarantined and there is fear of infecting the local population. What you are doing is best, motivating him in such times, and asking your son to stay indoors only and if they step out for buying essentials, they have to sanitize their hands after any outside contact on return, wear a mask outside and maintain social distancing. My worry in general about lockdowns is about mental health of people which is not being addressed. People must devise innovative ways to keep themselves involved.

Good morning Padma. You are doing the right thing, talk to him every day so that he won't feel lonely. No flights, no movement from anywhere to anywhere, and travelling at this time is not good. All will be fine soon. 🤗
