When did I say they are free to do anything. Maine toh bola take actions if they are spreading misinformation. But to say media is misleading them is not the answer to everything. If media is misleading them government has to correct it. This is the solution , there is no other way. I never said government is not doing anything. I said government is making a mistake regarding this issue with migrants by not informing them of their options and letting them flee to their villages. If they know better about their options things can change drastically and for the better. Let them know. Woh crowd jahan gather hua hai wohi pe mike leke samjhane lago ke government will provide ration and they will be provided with shelters and proper sanitation. They don't need to worry and that media is misleading them. This is their perfect oppurtunity to directly communicate with them without any media.

Modi did conference with all media houses before lockdown. Took their opinions and had discussions with them. Asked them to be co-operative.

Where is their co-operation? If govt keeps coming on news channels to clarify everyday, how will they work towards the crisis?

Have you seen Airlift? The guy keeps cribbing about every possible solution that Akshay’s character comes up with? Crisis was unprecedented. Akshay’s character was doing everything on the time of crisis yet that guy was like.. aisa kyu nahi kiya. Wesa kyu nahi kiya. And when food was ready, he ate first. When bus was ready, he sat first. All his comforts first but cribbing about everything.

Same is the situation here. Some of these critics are like that cribbing guy from Airlift. Corona pandemic is unprecedented. This is first of its kind. People can be co-operative and do their part rather than cribbing 24x7. 🤷‍♀️

I don't know about the national media coverage that pinarayi gets, he meets the state press daily n give the details n even the opposition channels appreciate it.. most of the national channels are pro bjp, why wouldn't they air what their ministers are doing? If there is one ndtv what are Aajtak, abp n zee news doing?

They legit have spokesperson who goes to more than one channel everyday to participate in debates. So they have plenty of people out there to communicate with the public on their behalf. Government ke ministers busy hai toh unko bheje, par koi toh daily communicate kare. Varna how will these guys know.

See Rajat Sharma according to u is sensible journalist, he can help the government with all these awarness programs on a daily basis. So can Republic. These two can be trusted to be not anti government and wanting them to fail right. Toh hai toh media who can be utilised for this. Toh puri media misleading nahin kar rahi hai , ek do channel kar rahe hai jinko correct information se tackle kiya jaa sakta hai. Toh karna chahiye. All is not lost yet.

The airlift guy was more concerned about his own comforts and hence cribbing all the time, not because he was actually concerned about any actual problem. Usko iss baat se compare karne ka matlab nahin banta where people are concerned about someone else's plight that others didn't care about cus it didn't concern them. What u see as cribbing is what I see as highlighting a problem that government failed to see or anticipate. The more they are aware the better they can prepare to find a solution. Thats also doing their part and one of the many co operation they can do.

Waise tumne Mission Mangal dekha hai where Akshay Kumar thanks his strongest opponent and says safalta ka jazba hamesha strongest opponent se hi hota hai. Crticisim is not cribbing especially when it is helping someone to correct their flaws and improve. Its how one wants to see.
