Drabble ( after Maya kills Vikram and escapes)

It was unusually silent, or perhaps, she was too oblivious of her surroundings.A cool breeze brushed her face, ruffling her hair as she sat quietly on the beach, staring at the line of luminosity the moon made on the water.

Nothing could be more splendid but, for the first time she could not take in its beauty , it's splendor.

Her eye balls made no motion but still two crystals rolled down her cheeks and landed on her lap. " I'll always be there for you, Maya" his words echoed in her ears, all those moments spent together still fresh in her mind. He had became her habit and now when he has left her alone , she was torn between holding on to what he had promised , and accepting the reality of him not being able to deliver.

As the waves slightly brushed against her feet ,she closed her eyes and remembered her mother's words " Rudra hume bachane kyu nahi aaya? " Her mind fogged up and tears burned her eyes and her lips trembled as she thought about her deceased mother. She blinked back a tear, but it escaped and slid down her cheek "Where are you Rudra? I need you, I really do" she said as muted cries escaped her mouth as she weeped and weeped in sheer pain.

Rajeev(to an incredible hot guy) If Corona doesn't take you out, can I?
