Here the main issue is about going outside at such moment. Coz the virus openly roams in the air, even on the terrace. It's rather advisable to do exercises indoor.

From what I’ve heard, the virus transfers person to person. It doesn’t “openly roam in the air.” It can also transfer through surfaces, but without a host, the virus dies, so the lifespan of the virus is extremely short (like 3 days or so, but we aren’t 100% sure on that I think).
