AAHH!!! Everything is moving so fast ☢️☢️ and I want to reply to so many things.
@clarity: Meenu has finally come into her own as a sophisticated antagonist and I could not be more thrilled. Gone are the kacchi saazishes -- the high-concept mindgames are here. 😈 It makes me long for an alternate universe where Meenu uses these powers of perception for good, though. She would whip the immaturity out of these girls in no time , tell Kuhu to focus on growing her business if she is worried about money and status, and teach Mishti how to be a team player instead of going off on her own to solve problems. *Sigh* if only.
@aqua: That is a really sweet reading of Mishti's feelings on Parul! I also really wish they would bring Mishti's mom back at some point. I would love to see just how hypocritical BM can be. 😈 No, but seriously, I think that would be a really cool development for Mishti, if she can see her mum's slde of the story, forgive her, and have a relationship with her as two adults (they did this really well on Ye Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, if anyone's watched that).
Brucas and Zuko and Katara; I definitely see a pattern there. 😉 I am actually the exact opposite because I love couples where I can see how they would work in real life. Brucas had great chemistry, but ultimately, I don't think they were compatible. Brooke needed a more glamorous and demonstrative partner -- Lucas was way too intense and introverted -- so I love that they wrote Julian for her. Season 1-6 are definitely the best, but there are a few amazing stories and performances in the later seasons (like Haley's depression after her mom's death).
Nathan and Haley convinced me gradually because they were complementary opposites -- she grounded him and he pushed her to dream big for herself.
@Nikki: I didn't watch all of GG but I sort of followed it -- it's starting to look like I have watched more TV than anyone on this AT. 🤣 Kuku do have early Chuck and Blair vibes! Man, if people think Kuku is bad, they should have seen the saazishes those two did, and they were still the most popular ship on the show. It's nuts how different the standards are.
I second Aqua's recommendation of Avatar. It's SO GOOD and sort of the perfect thing to watch with the current state of things. I might have just convinced myself to do a rewatch 😃
Kuku ke bacche! 😲 I don't know why, but I always imagined them having boys. Kunal getting to be the father he never had and Kuhu being doted upon by all her men. That said, Kunal as a girl dad is something I didn't know I needed, so maybe we give them both. Meenu can do everything in her power to stop it, but Kuhu madam is on a mission now and vo bhi kuch kam nahi hai. 😉
Is it just me who misses angry Kuhu? I really liked the saree scene where Kunal gifts her the saree and she doesn't wear it lol. I want her to give him attitude again.
Jungle Mangal track can happen if KuKu are going somewhere and their car breaks down.
@bold: I miss angry Kuhu. Most of my fav KuKu scenes are the ones where Kuhu is angry at Kunal😆 Right now she is blinded by her Mishtimania and directing all her frustrations at Mishti. I want Kuhu to focus all her energy - negative and positive towards Kunal. I feel like only time Kunal even notices Kuhu is when she gets angry at him or is ignoring him. Hope Kuhu realizes this and uses it to her advantage 😃
@blue: Now I am convinced that the said mangal won't happen in a jungle because they both are high maintenance so maybe they just go to a resort nearby when their car breaks down? 😆
Since we've gone down that route, here's my KuKu and Kids drabble-
Kuhu is walking to KuKu's room. 'Yeh Kunal ke bachche ko main samjhati hoon. Kitni baar bola hai ki mera phone uthaya kare, par nahi," she says. She huffs and opens the door to see Kunal sitting with his back to her and their twins giggling beside him. "Kunal, 10 baar call kar chuki--", she begins but stops as Kunal turns around. Little beaded hairclips adorn the front of his hair, his cheeks are rosy like Snow White's and his lips are a painted fuchsia. He has sparkly blue eyeshadow on one eye and shimmery purple on the other. Kunal whimpers, "Kuhuuuu....". There is total silence for about five seconds and then Kuhu burts into laughter. Their daughters follow. Kunal stares at all of them, annoyed. The laughter goes on for a minute and Kunal says, "haha, very funny guys!". Finally, Kuhu wipes her tears away and says, 'Kunal, yeh pehli baar hai ki mujhe yeh bolne mein koi dukh nahi ho raha ki koi aur mujhse zyaada pretty lag raha hai!". "Achcha ji, abhi batata hoon tumhen. Just wait," says Kunal. His eyes sparkle and he gathers the three ladies in his arms, rubbing his face against them to get the makeup off. He gives his daughters sloppy kisses and they giggle as the lipstick rubs off. "Papa, aap Mummy ko lipstick nahi lagayenge," they ask. Kuhu stops laughing and looks sheepish. Kunal stares at her and says, 'Sure, kyun nahi!" and plants a peck on her cheeks. Kuhu's eyes widen and the girls clap.

This was super cute and now I want to see KuKu kids. But like mentioned before, for this to happen Meenu would need to be sent tonan offsite meeting for a few days where there is no cell service.
I would also like a scene where KuKu are asked to babysit someone's kids, like Ananya maybe and we see them struggle with it. Kunal is bitching about diapers and how icky it is. Kuhu says 'Ab baby hai toh diaper hi pehnega na, Kunal. You know what, you are the biggest baby in this room.' They try to entertain the kid when he is crying. Kunal says, 'Dekho baby, hum negotiate karke ek deal pe aa sakte hain. Tum rona band karo aur main tumhe chocolates dunga." Kuhu says, "Offo Kunal, yeh bachcha hai, koi client nahi. Stop playing #boardroom with him, because he is #bored." "Oh achcha, tum toh baby expert ho na. Chup karke dikhao isse." Kuhu rolls up her sleeves and says, "Tum dekho meri Kuhuness ka jadoo ab." She picks up the baby and says, "Ab main tumhe vlogging sikhaungi." She points her camera and the baby becomes quiet. Kuhu looks at Kunal triumphantly while he looks shocked. A second later, the baby wails. "Arre kya hua tumhe? Abhi toh chup ho gaye the," rues Kuhu. Kunal starts laughing and pointing at Kuhu. "Achcha, ab tum mera mazaak udaoge, Kunal ke bachche," she says. She goes to him and ruffles his hair. Kunal retaliates and ruffles her hair. They start ruffling each other's hair and suddenly, the baby laughs. KuKu look at each other and smile. "We did it!", they say and high five each other.

Count me in! So many avatars of angry Kuhu I miss -- icy truth-bombs, sarcastic reverse psychology, fiery outbursts, passive aggressive remarks that only Kunal picks up on, not to mention the most effective of all, silent treatment. It's about time Kuhu thew some serious attitude his way.

Oh my mother!! Keep these coming because I'm in love!! I don't think the show will be able to match up to this imagination.
@Sam- On point about people loving Blair and Chuck no matter how much they plotted and planned. KuKu are not even one tenth of what Chair were at their worst. Indian TV viewers and the Indian audience in general does not appreciate grey/negative characters as protagonists. You also have Indians who can appreciate a Dexter or Bates Motel but they usually don't watch ITV. ITV has only two kinds of characters- painfully good or downright evil.
@Nikki and lops- Yes, please bring angry Kuhu back. Kunal hasn't made up for what he did and here Kuhu has forgiven him like she is Mother Teresa.
Meenu ko resort bhej do, sab theek ho jaayega. She needs spa. Imagine she is getting her head massaged and she goes, "Ambe Maa Ki Saugand...itni achchi maalish mujhe aaj tak Koshlu ne bhi nahi di'.
