I’ve always said ITV should change to finite series so that makers would actually focus on the plot instead of trying to prolong a show but even that becomes difficult for them to do lmao. I mean Beyhadh is only for 6 months but the show is losing its charm because the cvs don’t have a clear, concise idea of how to proceed with the story. What ITV lacks are writers who have been trained in literature and story telling. Channels are also responsible because they interfere with the storyline which means audience end up getting served something totally different.

true.. the last 2 shows I started watching on tv ended abruptly due to the interference of the channels.. i started watching behadh after staying away from tv for more than 3 yrs.. but even before I started watching behadh I knew I am gonna leave this show midway..

It happened in yesterday's episode. They just showed his dead body fall out of a closet. On Friday, Vikram had hit Rajeev over the head when Rajeev was trying to talk to Maya, so between Friday and Monday Rajeev died.

I haven’t been watching the show owing to the current track, but is he really dead? What if he’s just unconscious?

Rajeev was the only positive thing in the show

And they killed him too 😔

It's insulting to Rajeev to have such an important and key character be slashed off so unceremoniously. I thought he had developed an interesting arc, plus falling in love with the detective guy (forgot his name) which they could have even used to some degree...if anything, he was the only person Maya was able to fully trust with her secrets and her fight. He was maybe not as psycho as her, but he always brought a smile on her face (and ours). CVs have not done well.

It's not just insulting to Rajeev, but insulting to us, the audience. We invested so much in this important character, he had a proper arc if explored correctly, he was getting into relationships, and then they just show his dead body. Not even a proper death. It was like one day he was trying to get Maya to remember everything and we thought he might be able to do something and then suddenly bam, here's his dead body.
