@Aqua: They definitely could have been clearer about how the Mishti-Kunal and Abir-Kuhu fronts formed, and the editing was super choppy, but I think there are some things we can read into their responses.
Abir wants to overthrow Meenu's system because of fundamental disagreements with its ideology (his motivations are the simplest).
Kuhu has diligently worked her way up in the system, felt that that counts for nothing now that Mishti is in the house and getting unfair preference (haar, business, poojas) and therefore wants to fight back from a place of disillusionment. Why should I uphold a system that doesn't support me?
Mishti desperately needs the system to work and validate her so she loses the tag of ghar-todnewali but she is fixed on a definition of "ghar" that doesn't necessarily make sense with Meenakshi in the equation.
Kunal is forever caught between accepting change and trying to hold on to a model of the system that worked before. Abir keeps telling him the old model is trash and Meenu counters with the conviction that change is destructive and he just keeps swinging between the two extremes at the slightest provocation.
I am also going to come out and say it. I think a major part of Kuhu's reaction yesterday was sexual frustration. 😛😆
@Bold - Hell yeah!! 💯
I had gotten Abir, Mishti and Kunal's motivations. The one I hadn't was Kuhu and now, I do see what you're saying. It's so ironic that I was the one saying a few days back that we have understood Kuhu completely and I am the one who couldn't understand her motivations. Lololololol 😂😂
