MiNeil have always been shown as mature I hope they confess before case starts . But if we think about snake and ladder game then Arya have to come to picture here and give the letter until then I don't think confession will happen😆 Neil have to go to Delhi as the lawyer said next hearing is on next week and Mini should either get that letter or like two mature people they need to confess.

Arya's job was to make MiNeil come closer which she has done during the previous tracks and here like two mature people they will either confess or will be there with each other as for MiNeil they don't require words to confess like preet said padha likha pyaar.
