I’d suggest to focus on chakras. Open them up and balance them so the body is ready if kundalini awakens which is still unlikely.
Sound healing can be very powerful. Jonathan goldman is really good at it and has good frequencies on chakras and other sounds, check him out.

Yes I did read the description for the Kindalini awakening
I guess I did alot of hard work before hand, lot of sour searching, introspection and tried many things to first clear the subconscious clutter
alos been through alot, and experienced and faced alot and came through all of it, so already done the hard work to now awaken the kundalini
Just want to share with you that after 2 weeks of daily practice of kindalini meditation, I finally felt the symptoms, the tingling in throat at many places, energy shifts in solar plexes/chest area and other profound changes in thinking patters and how I see an analyze & process things....started feeling alot more empathy as well.... the tingling stuff continued for 3-4 days....I guess I already activated it as feeling lot of profound changed that are hard to express but more to experience and to feel.
